Make Money Online with Flippa
What is Flippa? If you don't know, Flippa is an awesome website where you can buy and sell websites of every shape and kind. Here are two ways to make money using Flippa.
#1: Flipping, short term and long term
The most obvious way to make money on flippa is to flip websites for a profit. Basically you build a website for a specific niche, add some content and maybe some space for advertising or adsense and poof! You have a website. Basic websites that don't have much traffic or revenue go for $50-$250. However if you have a site that's been indexed and has some revenue coming in then you can make a couple hundred to a couple thousand each. Don't get me wrong. You do need somewebsite building experience but you don't need to be a

Like any other transaction you want to buy a website that you think is undervalued. Once you own the website, you can either resell it for a quick profit or do the smarter thing and keep it. Take this website and do some marketing. Do some backlinking, social bookmarking, google ads, etc. Now you have the opportunity to generate revenue then eventually sell this website for a huge profit.
There are tons of websites on flippa to look at so don't buy the first one you see. Look at the websites as real estate. Virtual real estate and invest smart. It may seem hard at first but once you do it a couple times you will be a pro.

Elance is a freelancer's dream!
Hey guys just wanted to share a very useful website for freelancer's out there. I was toying around on google and I came across elance.com and I have to say it is awesome! You can bid on jobs ranging from SEO to resume writing to website design and everything in between. One of the best things about it is that it is free to sign up! Yes you do have to pay some fee's when you win a bid on a particular job but it definately stream lines the process of finding freelance work.
I personally bid on jobs in marketing and finance because those are my strong points. However, there are tons of other topics to bid on. Make money selling concert tickets!
Have you ever wanted to make extra cash on the side selling tickets to sporting events and concerts? Have you ever wanted to make tons of cash selling tickets? This is how I do it! Short simple and to the point.
Research. First thing you want to do is research some popular events that are coming to your area. People are only going to spend good money on popular bands and or sporting events. Some of us may like to watch William hung sing his heart out but for the most part you are not going to make any money selling tickets to his next show. On the other hand bands like U2, Rolling stones and major sporting events like playoffs sell out almost every show. This is where you want to look.
Once you have made a list of popular events next thing you want to do is go to ticket master and see what's available. Ideally you want to purchase tickets just as they go on sale so you can get the best of the best. Your best bet is to buy tickets that are close to the front. The closer you get the more money you can make. Me personally, I never buy tickets higher than the first main section. You can buy wherever you want however, they may not sell until the last minute or not at all. Also make sure to buy at least 2 tickets. Nobody goes to an event alone.
Go to Stub hub and list your tickets. Check to see if tickets similar to yours are selling and if they are then how much they are selling for. Price accordingly. I'm usually able to double my investment on high demand tickets. This is where all your research comes into play.
Make sure to check your local laws on re-selling tickets.

Try this little trick to save $200-$300 per month easily!
This is the easiest way to save a couple hundred dollars easily!
1. Get a shoe box, can or jar.
2. Everytime you get a dollar bill place it in your container.
3. Don't touch what goes in.
At the end of the month you will have at least 200-300 bucks!
